Afternoon session from 12:30pm to 3:30pm

Reception

8:45am to 12:00pm  - a 'learning lunch' begins at 12:00. 

12:45pm to 3:10pm

Reception children have continuous access to outdoor play and provision.

10.15- 10.30 - Break following Opal Play.

10.30 - 11:00 - Phonics/ Whole Class Reading

11:00 - 12.00 - Maths

Y1/2- 12:00-12:45 Lunch break following Opal Play.

Y3-Y6- 12:30-1:15 Lunch break following Opal Play.

1:15 -3:00- a timetable variation of PE, Science, RE, IT, MFL, History, Geography, Art, Music and DT are covering in this time

3:00-3:10/3:15- Class story time

3:10- Home time for Reception, Y1 and Y2

3:15- Home time for Y3-Y6

Travelling to the Blue School on the Hill 

 

Our school is located at the top of the hill and has a car free zone during certain hours of the day. Our Pedestrian Entrance is located at Atwood Drive, we advise all parents, pupils and visitors to use that entrance. Please see the map below with the family icon indicating where our pedestrian gate is located. 

We encourage our families to walk, scooter or cycle to the school.
